I wanted to give an update on how my first 12 months have been with Clark thus far. This has obviously been a very tough year filled with emotion and doubt. Covid-19 has not only distanced our communities physically, but emotionally as well. Despite all of this, Clark has formed a great atmosphere for me and other new employees. During the first week of the lockdown, I was surprised and moved to get a call from Sam Clark. Few CEOs of companies this size would take the time out of their busy schedules to check on their new employees. That meant a lot to me and is something I will never forget. Clark looks out for all their employees no matter how long they have been employed.
In addition, the seasoned employees, Marty Schultz and Mike Dawe, have done a great job of stepping up and teaching the less experienced. I learned and gained more knowledge in my first four months at Clark than I learned in my entire four years in college. During these very tough and uncertain times, the Greenville Team has turned more into a family. One main contributor to that is the 360 Reviews our Team did a few months ago. These reviews sparked great discussions about how each of us could improve and become better in our fields. We have already seen great results in each other and as a team.
Clark has been a great experience and is a company that I could see myself working at for a long time!
