How does it work?
Campus™ Clark’s progressive personnel development program designed to help all employees grow into highly reliable and well-rounded professionals dedicated to serving our Clients. Highlights of Campus™:
- Covers construction means and techniques: safety, Clark’s Branded Services, project management, as well as leadership, communication and people, risk and corporate management.
- Combines traditional classroom training with individual and group case studies, exposure to and resolution of actual case studies, mentoring (internal) and coaching (external).
- Relies on a variety of learning techniques from live instructors, web-based seminars and recorded role plays, to peer exercises and field practices.
- Integrates a well structured approach to Project Engineer professional development over a multi-year span so that they are equipped to fully assume their new responsibilities when promoted to the next level (Project Manager or Superintendent).
