Explore innovation through the construction of a 108,000 sq.ft., 4-level building, serving as SEMCO’s headquarters. The first level features a blend of tilt-up pre-cast panels, brick veneer, and curtain wall areas with piers. Rising above, the three upper floors showcase an aluminum curtain wall complemented by sleek metal panels.

Inside, a strategic light shelf reflects natural light, while an exterior sun shade offers respite during intense light periods. Adjacent to the headquarters, a practical 3-level, 400-space parking garage adds convenience.

These structures mark the initial phase of the expansive 72-acre development by Acheson Ventures LLC. Situated where the Black and St. Clair Rivers meet in Port Huron, this site’s waterfront location adds to its allure. The project proudly holds a Silver LEED certification, a nod to its environmental commitment. The Clark Team’s meticulous coordination and documentation contributed to an impressive 85% recycling of construction waste materials, underscoring the company’s dedication to sustainable construction practices.
