Phase 1

Curtis clinic:
The project consists of demolishing the existing modular unit health care facility and leaving the existing basement. The staff will be relocated to a temporary medical office building for the duration of construction which is scheduled to begin July 2021 and complete in February 2022. The overall building is 4,457 sf which consist of six exam rooms, physical therapy area, lab space, nurse station, and four offices.

Eckerman clinic:
This project consists of demolishing an old restaurant to build a new 1,934 sf health clinic which will consist of two exam rooms, one office, lab space, and a nurse station. This project will begin July 2021 and be complete February 2022.

Phase 2

Gibson clinic:
The second phase of the project includes a complete renovation of the existing health clinic which is 16,250 sf. This project will be completed in multiple phases and the schedule is to-be-determined.
