Kettering University Program Management

This project started as the renovation of Atwood Stadium, the ownership of which had been transferred to the University from the city of Flint in 2013. Kettering University proceeded to renovate it and make it an asset in the community. The 11,000 capacity stadium underwent an upgrade, including new turf and upgraded concession stands.

The project grew from the stadium renovation to the renovation of the University’s Board Room, as well as renovations of restrooms in several campus buildings.
