Presenting the John & Marnie Demmer Wellness Pavilion & Dialysis Center, a groundbreaking two-story, 38,000 sq.ft. medical structure situated within Petoskey’s Lockwood-MacDonald Campus. This modern facility, designed to serve 15,000 patients annually, offers an extensive range of outpatient services.

Among its offerings are a 5-bed renal dialysis center, occupational therapy, cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation, physical therapy, speech/language therapy, pediatrics, counseling, and education. The Wellness Center, a pivotal aspect, encompasses a fitness center, spa, and an aquatic therapy pool complete with a ramp, lift, and adaptive stair for diverse physical therapy options.

Importantly, the facility boasts a geothermal system featuring 36 wells within a bore field, each delving 300 feet deep in vertical bores. Arranged in a grid pattern with 300-foot-deep holes spaced every 15 feet on center, this closed-loop system underscores the commitment to innovation, sustainability, and advancing healthcare services.
