This project involved demolition of the existing University of Michigan Field Locker Room building that no longer met the needs of the field hockey program, and constructing a new field hockey team center.

The new 13,000-gross-square-foot building houses locker rooms for players and coaches, offices, training facilities, hydrotherapy pools, meeting space, and broadcast capabilities.

The project also involved construction of a new grandstand with a capacity of approximately 1,500 spectators and a new 2,000-gross-square-foot concessions building with public restrooms. The field was completely refurbished with new turf, a new scoreboard, and new field lighting.
