With a total of 10 condominium developments and five major hotel/condominiums, Clark has built over 5,500 keys in total, providing guests with luxurious and memorable experiences.

In entertainment venues, Clark has also managed the construction of several Michigan Native gaming casinos, including FireKeepers Casino Resort, Gun Lake Casino Resort, Little River Casino, and Odawa Casino Resort. These projects involve high-end finishes, gaming areas, meeting and banquet facilities, night clubs, kitchens and a variety of dining venues, administrative offices, back-of-house support space, security systems, and extensive sitework, including wastewater treatment facilities.
