75 Stories: Brooks McIntosh, Senior Project Manager

2021 marks the 75th Anniversary for Clark Construction Company. To celebrate, we’re using our employee’s voices to explain the impact Clark has made to ourselves, fellow teammates, communities, and clients. This is Brook’s story.

If someone would have asked me at 23 years old, fresh out of college if I thought I would be working for the same company I would have said no. Yet, 16 years later, I have established a career with Clark Construction Company and I cannot imagine myself anywhere else. I have had opportunities to grow within the company where I started as a project engineer and have worked my way up to a senior project manager. I have worked with several clients and a variety of projects, each presenting new challenges along the way. On each job, I always find myself with support from my team–those I am managing, but also from my peers and executive leadership team.

In the time I have worked at Clark, I have had several personal milestones, including marriage and starting a family. The value that Clark places on family is second to none. Coworkers have become friends; not only to me, but also to my wife and kids. Outside of work, we get together for trick-or-treating, sporting events, dinner parties, or just a random weekend get-together. Clark Construction Company is a place one can be proud to work for and represent.
