With over 25 years of industry experience, Bobby has been a cornerstone of Clark’s evolution into innovative project delivery methods. His leadership has been instrumental in expanding our approach to Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) and Design Assist, helping us forge groundbreaking partnerships on projects like the IPD collaboration at Michigan State University and our work with Kent County.
Bobby has also transformed Clark’s pre-construction team into a powerhouse of 19 experts, bringing cutting-edge solutions and exceptional value to our clients. His forward-thinking approach and dedication to collaboration have set new standards across the industry.
Operational Excellence: Allen Blower, COO
With nearly 30 years of experience, Allen has built a legacy of success by leading some of Clark’s most ambitious projects, including the FireKeepers Casino Tower II and the $275 million Gun Lake Casino expansion. His commitment to operational excellence, team collaboration, and delivering quality outcomes has been a driving force behind Clark’s largest and most complex projects.
Allen’s expertise in construction management and his focus on building strong, efficient teams have been key to our operational success, ensuring every project is delivered with the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
