Spanning 357,000 sq.ft., Crossroads Village is a dynamic retail hub featuring two anchor stores connected by in-line retail tenants. The project’s comprehensive scope encompassed the creation of 85,000 sq.ft. of in-line stores for prominent national retailers. Additionally, the endeavor involved enhancing traffic flow along Michigan Avenue and Beck Road, alongside the necessary relocation of the existing Sines Drain. In tandem, outlot structures emerged on the expansive 39-acre site, including a fresh Huntington Bank establishment and an 11,000 sq.ft. structure designed to accommodate three distinct retail tenants.
