Clark Construction Company was entrusted by Adrian Public Schools to lead their 2014 Bond Program, managing both pre-bond services and construction for various projects within the district. These projects encompassed a range of enhancements, such as constructing a new 8-lane pool with a diving well at the high school and upgrading the existing high school pool for potential community use. Additionally, a fitness center was developed by repurposing the high school auxiliary gym and the existing middle school pool. The initiative also involved the demolition of McKinley and Garfield Schools, which had stood for nearly 90 years with original mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. A twenty-classroom addition was incorporated into the 7-8 building to accommodate grades 5-6, and tennis court upgrades were carried out. The scope extended to remodeling Springbrook Middle School for grades 5-8, enhancing collaborative classroom furnishings for modern learning, creating exterior classrooms within Adrian HS courtyard, and improving parking lots and traffic circulation with new parking and sidewalks.
