The bond initiative brings about a range of improvements across the district, including STEAM center expansions at all four elementary schools, alongside upgraded STEAM facilities at Maltby Intermediate School and Scranton Middle School. Technological enhancements introduce wireless networks, new computers, interactive classroom tools, and multimedia presentation technologies, bolstering security measures throughout.

Athletic infrastructure has undergone a significant transformation, featuring the reconstruction of the stadium with artificial turf, revamped bleachers, a track, team rooms, and concessions. Further additions include high school multi-sport/band practice fields and a new track and field area. Additionally, the project involves repurposing the existing pool into a modern fitness center, constructing a new community pool, and revitalizing the high school baseball field.

Upgrades to the Brighton Center for the Performing Arts (BCPA) include modernized sound and lighting systems, refurbished stage flooring, renewed balcony seating, and new stage curtains. Safety enhancements comprise security vestibules at all schools, improved traffic flow for buses and parents, upgraded elementary playgrounds, and advanced security camera installations. Simultaneously, essential infrastructure and program upgrades address aging restrooms, worn-out equipment, roofing, flooring, windows, and the addition of a new gym at Hawkins Elementary, among other critical improvements.
