Spanning 112,000 sq.ft., Anspach Hall’s remarkable transformation involved a rapid HVAC system renovation. As the heartbeat of CMU’s campus, hosting thousands of students daily, Clark Construction Company undertook this challenge in under three months across two summers.
The extensive endeavor included full HVAC system and control replacement, along with vital electrical upgrades. The building’s interior was rejuvenated, encompassing classrooms, labs, offices, and auditoriums, with refreshed ceilings, lighting, and finishes. Notably, this renewal project also featured two notable expansions: a 3,600 sq.ft. student lounge and a captivating marquee entrance on the western side, beckoning students and visitors alike.
