This multi-phase bond program will include Building System Improvements, Technology Improvements and
Site Improvements within the district’s 10 facilities. These include (3) elementary schools, middle school,
high school, Washington Street Education Center(4) and the Transportation Center.

2020:
• Phase 2 of Building 500 for STEAM labs, healthcare lab, additional restrooms. Replacement of 2 parking Lots.
2021:
• High School Addition of a new Auxiliary Gym and new weight room along with renovation of existing
gym and Media Center. Added Bus Garage bay to the Transportation Center and improvements in existing
building including restroom & breakroom remodels, lighting replacement to LED.
• Beach Middle School secure vestibule, remodel to add an elevator & shaft, new building main entrance, new
visitor parking lot, renovate classrooms and labs.
• Buildings 300 & 400 include partial remodels for STEAM/Robotics labs, and lighting replacement Building
100 lighting replacement to LED.
• Pierce Lake Elementary Temperature Controls replacement.
• Football Stadium field lights replacement.

2022-2026:
• North Creek Elementary remodel for classrooms & labs, restrooms, finishes, technology upgrades, door
hardware upgrade.
• South Meadows Elementary remodel STEAM labs, toilet rooms, finishes, ADA upgrades, abatement, roofing,
AHUs, Temperature Controls, technology upgrades.
• Pierce Lake Elementary new roof, window repairs, kitchen remodel, replace mechanicals, replace lighting
with LED, technology upgrades, parking lots and playground improvements.
• Beach Middle School remodel restrooms and locker rooms, roof replacement, gym equipment, pool
improvements.
• High School restroom remodels, window replacement, auditorium update, replace mechanicals, replace
lighting with LED, technology upgrades, site improvements.
• Building 100 cafeteria remodel, roof replacement, gym remodel, new temperature controls.
• Building 200 light replacement with LED, door hardware to ADA requirements, new mechanicals.
• Building 300 secure vestibule, roof replacement, flooring replacement, some new mechanicals.
• Building 400 replace door hardware for ADA, roof replacement, replace restroom exhaust fans, lighting
replacement with LED, emergency lighting.
