This tenant fit-out transformed a third-floor shell space into a modern Family Medicine and OBGYN clinic featuring 15 primary care exam rooms, 13 obstetrics exam rooms, two procedure rooms, two ultrasound rooms, a laboratory, physician offices, and a welcoming reception area. All MEP and sanitary tie-ins were carefully coordinated with building facilities to avoid disruption to active dialysis suites below.
