Clark Construction provided pre-bond assistance to the Citizens’ Committee and District Administration for their 2011 bond program. Scope of work for the construction phase included:

Elementary Buildings

• Improved site safety, circulation and parking
• Building security improvements
• Wireless connectivity technology
• Building entry improvements
• Carpet replacement with asbestos removal
• Installation of air conditioning at one location

Greenville Middle School

• Improved site safety, circulation and parking
• Provide secured building entry
• Select flooring replacement
• Building security improvements

Greenville High School

• Construction of new football stadium including; press box, locker rooms, training room, concessions, public restrooms, and synthetic turf.
• Cafeteria addition and existing court area fill addition for student common space
• Renovation and remodeling of existing kitchen servery and cafeteria.
• Building improvements including gym bleachers, additional internal access security
• Site improvements to enhance driving surface and improve traffic safety and circulation
• Relocation of tennis courts and ballfields
