The completed Regional Law Enforcement Center introduced a joint facility housing the City of Marshall Police Department, Calhoun County Sheriff’s Road Patrol Division, and Michigan State Police. This versatile structure caters to a range of needs, featuring designated spaces for suspects and arrestees, enhanced customer service privacy, and ample room for training, education, and expanded police forensic services dedicated to bolstering criminal investigations.

Developed on a 10-acre greenfield site, the facility boasts comprehensive security measures, efficient circulation paving, and ample parking, including covered options. Additionally, a storage building was incorporated for police equipment. Meanwhile, the new Fire Station, spanning 12,000 sq.ft. with five bays, offers not only functionality but also comfortable residential amenities. These encompass a full-service kitchen, training rooms, and a museum area designed to showcase Marshall’s inaugural Fire Engine purchase.
