Brody Hall, a colossal dining landmark recognized as the world’s largest non-military facility of its kind, underwent a sweeping transformation. This renewal encompassed a comprehensive revitalization of the iconic 140,000 sq.ft. structure, including the replacement of MEP systems and exterior curtain wall systems. Elevators and ADA enhancements ensured accessibility, while the second-floor metamorphosis introduced a pioneering “marketplace” concept with nine food service venues and seating for up to 950 patrons.

A ground-floor Convenience Store and adjoining café, along with a temporary kitchen serving 4,000 daily meals during upper-level construction, added culinary allure. A mesmerizing $3.6 million array of food service equipment and a captivating 15,000 sq.ft. atrium lobby further enriched the transformation. Sustainability echoes with a rainwater harvesting system and a new 15,000 sq.ft. addition with a mechanical penthouse, culminating in a vibrant nexus of renewed allure and modern utility.
