This 2020 bond program involves renovation to 11 district buildings that include
improving safety and security at all school buildings and funding capital projects, including
improvements to its heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC).

Secure entryways, new and updated restrooms, cafeteria air conditioning, fire alarm updates
with new public address systems and security tie-ins, and HVAC upgrades are scheduled for
all district buildings. Playground upgrades will take place at all elementary schools and the
auditorium at Orchard Center High School will be updated.

Monroe High School also is slated for construction to include a new generator, restrooms,
ceilings, lighting, flooring and paint.
