Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa is the first phase of a renaissance for Boyne Mountain Resort. The development includes an entire resort village, with the condo/hotel as the centerpiece. Amenities include a mix of unique specialty shops, a cafe, theater, ice skating, fire pit, and a European-style spa and fitness center.

The new structure is a 280,000 sq.ft. condo/hotel on a 10-acre site at the popular Boyne Mountain Resort. The Resort offers 144 condos and 220 hotel room lockoffs with 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms, various dining venues.

Amenities include an 18,000 sq.ft. spa and fitness facilities, indoor/outdoor hot tub and pool, ski-in/ski-out convenience, valet ski equipment storage, 30,000 sq.ft. of on-site meeting and banquet facilities, state-of-the-art theater, and retail shops.
