Situated on 3 acres at the nexus of Troy and Birmingham, the new 2,000 sq.ft. facility serves as a vital crossroads for passenger rail and regional bus networks.
The project encompasses the construction of a pedestrian bridge and over 200 feet of platforms, enhancing the region’s transit infrastructure. This Transit Facility acts as a hub, offering streamlined access to intercity rail, regional bus lines, and other transportation modes, including air and taxis. This integrated approach bolsters existing transit choices and aligns seamlessly with the Detroit Regional Mass Transit plan (DRMT), positioning the facility as a key cornerstone of the area’s evolving mobility landscape.
